After a week of rain, we finally had a nice day. We were able to prepare and plant several beds in the greenhouse.
Our hoop house and fence were destroyed in the storm over spring break but next week the 8th graders will be able to get out in the garden and redo those projects.

I would like to get the 6th graders out into the greenhouse but to many of them have phobias of spiders and bugs. We have discussed this many times but I have not made any headway.
I will be chaperoning the 8th grade class trip. This is usually the weekend that we have the 5th and 6th grade camping trip so I am hoping to do something different. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. There is a 4H Jamboree at the Blue Hill fairs grounds, and I am looking into the possibility of a trip to the University of Maine. Other suggestions are welcome.
I hope you have a chance to get to the play, the rehearsal was great!
